About Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace were founded in 1905 at the old Crystal Palace exhibition grounds and have played at Selhurst Park since 1924. For a century the cabinet held only second-tier titles; that ended in May 2025, when Eberechi Eze's volley beat Manchester City 1–0 at Wembley and won the FA Cup, the club's first major trophy.
Oliver Glasner turned one trophy into three inside a year, adding the 2025 Community Shield on penalties against Liverpool and the 2025/26 Conference League, won 1–0 against Rayo Vallecano in Leipzig, before leaving in the summer of 2026. Pierre Sage arrived from Lens to defend a Europa League place, with Eze, Marc Guéhi and Daniel Muñoz all moved on.
