Antonio Conte

Antonio Conte took the Napoli job in 2024 and won the Scudetto in his first season, the club's fourth Serie A title and their first since 2023. It made him the first manager in the league's history to win it with three different clubs, after three titles at Juventus and one at Inter. A second season brought the Supercoppa Italiana and a runners-up finish behind Inter, and he left by mutual consent in May 2026.

A combative midfielder and Juventus captain as a player, Conte made his name as a manager of high intensity and a 3-5-2 shape. He won three straight titles at Juventus from 2012, including an unbeaten league season and a record 102-point campaign, took Italy to the Euro 2016 quarter-finals, then won the Premier League and FA Cup at Chelsea. Spells at Inter, where he won the 2020-21 Scudetto, and Tottenham came before Naples.
