About Son Heung-min
Son Heung-min is the highest-scoring Asian player in Premier League history, with 127 goals across ten years at Tottenham, and in 2021/22 the first Asian player to win the Golden Boot, sharing it with Mohamed Salah on 23 goals. As captain he led Spurs to the 2025 Europa League, the club's first major trophy since 2008.
He came up through Hamburger SV and Bayer Leverkusen in Germany before joining Tottenham in 2015, where he scored 173 goals in all competitions and took the 2020 Puskás Award. In August 2025 he moved to LAFC as the most expensive incoming signing in MLS history. For South Korea he is the record appearance-maker and sits second on the all-time scoring list with 56 goals.
